Meyrick Jones

Owner/Principal

Meyrick joined FaciliCorp in 2015 when he and Rick partnered to purchase FaciliCorp. He brings over 20 years experience and an in-depth knowledge of the construction management process. Meyrick is an active project manager and shares responsibility for the general management of FaciliCorp.

Rick Patten, LEED AP

Owner/Principal

Rick has been with FaciliCorp for over 15 years and in 2015 he and Meyrick purchased the company. He has over 30 years experience in Corporate Real Estate and Project Management. Rick is an active project manager and shares responsibility for the general management of FaciliCorp.

Kendra Burch

Senior Project Manager

Kendra joined FaciliCorp in 2015 as a Sr. Project Manager. In addition to managing projects, Kendra manages the company’s business development. Kendra also has established relationships with several developers in the bay area and manages the entitlement, planning, and construction processes.

Roxanne Rasmussen

VP of Relocation Management

Roxanne has primary responsibility for the on time management of FaciliCorp’s complex or large move and relocation projects. She also manages the facilities services function for several sustaining clients.

Russ Southland

Project Executive

Russ is a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience as a consulting project manager and as an internal facilities and real estate professional. He brings over 40 years in-depth facilities experience to FaciliCorp.

Patti Decena

VP of Finance

As Controller for FaciliCorp, Patti is responsible for financial oversight of general operations. She also manages Human Resources and has broad experience in financial planning, performance standards, and financial analysis.
