FaciliCorp is a full-service facilities management and relocation company of enthusiastic, dedicated and experienced professionals. Founded in 1993 by Kay Knowles and Megan Lovelace, and purchased by Rick Patten and Meyrick Jones in 2015, FaciliCorp has earned its reputation of delivering projects on time and on budget while offering solid guidance and unbiased expertise to each client, ensuring project objectives and company goals are achieved.

The FaciliCorp Project Team brings many decades of experience, not only working in-house as facilities managers, construction managers, space planners or as consultants with other firms, but what we also bring to your project is the experience and knowledge from every other FaciliCorp project we’ve ever worked on.

FaciliCorp has consulted for many of San Francisco Bay Area’s most successful companies in planning and managing a full spectrum of construction, relocation, and facilities projects including the complex challenges of designing, building, and managing corporate work environments. We are experts in anticipating and managing change while keeping projects on track.
