FaciliCorp can also provide benchmarking data as it relates to the changing work environment, enclosed offices, cubes, or benching. Which works best for your work environment.
Working with the architects and engineers, we help develop design plans to meet the identified requirements and overall goals of the organization. We also develop the MEP Basis of Design to assist with the bidding process for the general contractors.
Budgeting & Scheduling
We provide detailed milestone schedules and project budgets, followed by detailed project schedules and final construction estimates to create the necessary infrastructure to track progress, status and costs.
We oversee every aspect of the project, from negotiations with city authorities, through construction, interior improvements, and Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E).
All of our relocation project managers are AutoCAD literate and can generate detailed plans to define a building’s overall layout and adjacencies. We assist defining furniture systems, standards, and typicals that will characterize your space.
Through newsletters, instructions, brochures and move schedules, our relocation managers ensure that the end users are well informed, and that the entire team works effectively. FaciliCorp staff can create new drawings or update existing files to reflect moves and changes, preserving the integrity of the CAD and CAFM systems.
