Programming Studies

We work with the client to develop detailed documents summarizing department and corporate space and usage requirements, including adjacencies, with block plans and full CAD test fits.

Site Selection

We provide preliminary estimates for the tenant improvements, and construction schedules for each of the short listed properties. The goal is to provide a true cost of occupancy for each of the potential sites, to assist in the final selection process.

Building & Space Standards

By defining standard layouts, configuration, or furniture systems, FaciliCorp enables you to respond quickly to changing space requirements. FaciliCorp can also provide benchmarking data as it relates to the changing work environment, enclosed offices, cubes, or benching. Which works best for your work environment.


Design Development

Working with the architects and engineers, we help develop design plans to meet the identified requirements and overall goals of the organization. We also develop the MEP Basis of Design to assist with the bidding process for the general contractors.

Budgeting & Scheduling

We provide detailed milestone schedules and project budgets, followed by detailed project schedules and final construction estimates to create the necessary infrastructure to track progress, status and costs.

Project Management

We oversee every aspect of the project, from negotiations with city authorities, through construction, interior improvements, and Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E).


Space Planning

All of our relocation project managers are AutoCAD literate and can generate detailed plans to define a building’s overall layout and adjacencies. We assist defining furniture systems, standards, and typicals that will characterize your space.

Vendor Management

We maximize the performance of vendors through clear expectations and communications. We request comprehensive scope of work documents, manage the bid process, and provide detailed instructions every step of the way. We are on site during relocations to supervise the teams’ activities and to ensure everything is in place for the employees on
day one.

Communications Tools

Through newsletters, instructions, brochures and move schedules, our relocation managers ensure that the end users are well informed, and that the entire team works effectively. FaciliCorp staff can create new drawings or update existing files to reflect moves and changes, preserving the integrity of the CAD and CAFM systems.
